In accordance with the provisions of the applicable data protection regulations, we inform you that the person responsible for the processing of personal data is the Paco de Lucía Foundation (hereinafter “the Foundation”). The interested party, by voluntarily providing his/her personal data in the registration process to receive information from the Paco de Lucia Foundation, or in the registration process as a member of the Network of Friends and Benefactors of the Paco de Lucia Foundation; through the registration application forms, consents that the Foundation may treat such data under the terms of this Privacy Policy and for the purposes expressed herein. By entering personal data, the interested parties guarantee to the Foundation that such data are correct, complete and truthful and that they refer only to them and not to third parties.

2. Purpose and Basis for Legitimacy of Data Processing
The personal data of the interested parties will be processed for the following purposes and in accordance with the following bases:

The personal data processed will be of the identifying data category: name and surname, telephone number, e-mail address. Personal data will be processed exclusively for the aforementioned purposes.
Personal data will be retained for a period of 6 years after you unsubscribe as a User and thereafter for the period of time necessary to meet any legal or contractual liability (e.g., until the statute of limitations for any liability that may arise from data protection regulations).

The personal data processed will not be communicated to third parties, unless expressly authorized by the interested party. Outside the scope of the platform, personal data may be communicated to the competent authorities in the exercise of their functions and for the fulfillment of legal duties.

The interested party, directly or through a legal representative or volunteer, may at any time exercise the rights that are recognized by the rules of protection of personal data:
- The right to obtain from the controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him/her are being processed and, if so, the right of access to personal data.
- Right to request the rectification of inaccurate personal data.
- Right to the deletion of your personal data.
- Right to the limitation of their treatment.
- Right to data portability.
- Right to object to the processing of your data.
- Right to withdraw previously given consent.

To exercise your rights, you must attach to the request a copy of your Identity Card or any other official document that identifies you and indicating which right you wish to exercise.
